We had all of the windows with a southern exposure replaced plus five tempered glass windows in a pool room. Roger, Ryan, and Sebastian were polite and took great care of our floors. They put down protective coverings, and vacuumed and cleaned after each window! Their attention to the finishing details inside and out were impeccable! We were impressed! They notified us each day of their arrival and departure schedule. The new windows are beautiful! We knew we had problems with our existing windows; however, when you look through a new window, it is amazing! We obtained multiple quotes. We feel that Window World delivered an excellent product at the best price. Based on our experience we would highly recommend Window World of Eastern Idaho!

Roger, Ryan, and Jonathan came out and did a fantastic job with replacing our windows (from like the 50s), we had old wood windows that let bugs and cold air, now we’ve got these sleek, modern windows that still fit the style of the old windows for our 1920s home. The install went great, was very fast, about 2 days, and they added a nice trim around the outside. The house is warmer, and there is a huge difference in bugs coming in the house. Thank you guys! Sure appreciate your service!

Incredible experience working with Johnathan and Charlotte. They were willing to listen to my specific needs and help me find the right fit for my complicated little remodel. They have all the options for the high end custom home and the little budget projects. Their delivery service was professional and friendly. Also a big shout out to Roger and his coworker for loading the windows in the house in the cold!

What a pleasure working with a company with such integrity and professionalism! Eastern Idaho is fortunate to have them.
From beginning to end it was a great experience.
We were planning to replace all of our upstairs windows. Jonathan came out to provide an estimate and go over the products and process. Some of the windows selected would be a change from the existing ones and he made sure we understood what that would be. Once we accepted the plan the windows were ordered. Jonathan and his crew returned for the installation and were courteous, friendly and fun to work with. The installation went smoothly without any hitches and they even completed the job in less time than anticipated. It was a real pleasure working with such a professional crew.

It was a great pleasure meeting Jonathan and Charlotte when we got our quote. They were so fun and personable, and he even played with our gladiator dane. They made the process easy and stayed in touch up and through installation. For the installation we got Roger and Ryan. These two were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very professional but personable and understanding. They took great care of everything and even go our living room done inside the first day just so that I could have my husband help to move the furniture back before leaving town. They were respectful of our home and our need to keep our dogs at bay but also let them out to play in the yard. Roger reached put each morning and also communicated throughout the day. Ryan explained things when I asked and was fun to work with. Both did an amazing job.

Roger and Ryan installed our kitchen window. They were efficient and friendly. The window was installed in a timely manner. Good work guys.
Roger and Ryan came back and installed the rest of our windows. They protected the furniture in our home and made sure to clean up after themselves. They also showed us how to open and clean the windows from inside our home, which is why we looked into windows. They were efficient, thorough, and timely in their installation.

We had Window World come out and replace all of our windows back in 2009. It was a great deal back then, and it is a great deal still today! We had a window that got broken and a couple that failed, and they scheduled us right in...16 years after we purchased windows from them in the first place, wow🤯. They stood right behind their warranty. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!! I was so greatful that there was no squabble or fuss. Great installers, quick, friendly and efficient. They even noticed some worn ballancers that I wasnt even going to have replaced, and took care of those for me as well. Charlotte was gracious, and wonderful to work with too. Good stuff all around, I would highly recommend this window team, and would use them again and again for all my window needs!

My sales rep was great and not pushy, which i appreciate. Roger and Ryan installed them quickly and beautifully. They did a great job and left my home clean with no sign they'd been here-- except for the great windows. I only did 6 this time and will do some more in a few months and am excited to update all of my windows. Lisa
